AVS LINK

service and diagnostics

[NEW] AVS LINK

AVS LINK enables direct communication between AVS 1001HF and AVS 1003LF series modules and a workstation with the AVS MANAGER application installed via a USB Type-C port.

On one hand, AVS LINK provides a service interface for configuring AVS modules. On the other hand, it transforms a computer into a fully functional diagnostic measurement device. When connected to a laptop, it can serve as an alternative to portable vibration meters.

Why is it worth having AVS LINK in your tool bag?

  • Provides full access to the AVS module configuration, essential for system servicing and expansion
  • Enables direct access to measurements at the machine, even without a connection to the plant network
  • Can serve as a mobile system for occasional vibration monitoring of machines not covered by permanent monitoring systems

Zastosowanie

#1 | Module configuration:

Verification, modification, and optimisation of operating parameters for AVS 1001HF and AVS 1003LF modules. Enables configuration of communication speed and assignment of custom device names.

#2 | Update and maintenance:

Uploading the latest firmware for the modules, ensuring continuous access to the newest measurement features and algorithms.

#3 | Raw signal analysis (RAW):

Full-band signal recording and export to .CSV files for advanced spectral diagnostics.

#4 | Laboratory on the desk:

Transforming a workstation into a diagnostic system allows for vibration analysis without external acquisition systems, which is indispensable when testing mechanical devices and components.

#5 | Diagnostic system:

Using your laptop as a mobile analyser. An ideal solution for quick checkups and machine inspections in the field.

#6 | Estimates Monitor

Real-time reading of key parameters via RS-485 protocol: aPP, aRMS, vRMS, EnvZP, EnvRMS and temperature.

AVS MANAGER

The dedicated AVS MANAGER application (available on Windows) allows for the configuration and analysis of data transmitted directly from the AVS 1001HF and AVS 1003LF modules.

Configuration functions:

  • Customizable module names and assigning unique ID numbers.
  • Precise Modbus RTU Baud Rate settings.
  • Device firmware updates.

Diagnostic functions:

  • Estimate Monitor: Real-time readings of key parameters: aPP, aRMS, vRMS, EnvZP, EnvRMS, and temperature.
  • Signal Visualisation: Parallel viewing of the time waveform (Time Waveform) and spectral density (Spectral Density / FFT).
  • Raw Signal Analysis (RAW): Full-bandwidth signal recording for detailed analysis.
  • Export: Quickly save results and export them to .CSV files.
