AVS CLOUD

AVS CLOUD is a platform for continuous machine condition monitoring, enabling real-time analysis of vibration, temperature, and process parameters. Data from sensors is collected by AVS GATE / AVS GATE 4G units and transmitted to the system for archiving, trend analysis, and alarm management. The system provides access to machine data and status from anywhere in the world via a web browser.

The solution supports integration with industrial automation systems and can cooperate with devices from various manufacturers using the Modbus RTU (RS-485) standard.

Application

AVS CLOUD is designed for monitoring and diagnostics of industrial machines operating in continuous or cyclic modes, especially where process reliability and minimizing the risk of unplanned downtime are critical. The system can be used to supervise motors, pumps, fans, gearboxes, compressors, mills, conveyors, and other rotating machinery.

The platform enables ongoing analysis of vibration and temperature trends, rapid detection of abnormalities, and generation of alarms warning about deteriorating technical condition of equipment. Thanks to the possibility of integrating additional sensors, the system can also monitor process and environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure, flow, or corrosion.

AVS CLOUD supports maintenance teams in implementing predictive maintenance strategies, service planning, and historical machine performance analysis. The system can operate as an independent diagnostic platform or be integrated with existing plant infrastructure such as PLC, SCADA, or CMMS systems.
