The VibroSmart VSV301 monitoring module has two independent dynamic vibration channels and one auxiliary channel, that can be configured as either a tachometer or a DC input channel.

Applications

This processing module is capable of stand-alone vibration monitoring or can be integrated with other VibroSmart modules to create more comprehensive measurement blocks.

The VSV301 module performs the data acquisition and all of the signal processing (filtering, analog-to-digital conversion, time and frequency domain processing, and resampling) required to produce processed outputs and extracted data for physical output and data presentation in VibroSight Vision and VibroSight Scope. This includes spectral band extractions, advanced FFT analysis, trending and limit checks (alarm and sensor OK), and run-up / run-down acquisition.

  • Up to 20 processed outputs per module (for the 2 dynamic channels, 1 auxiliary channel and 1 dual-shaft relative channel)
  • Highly configurable module supports simultaneous data acquisition on all channels, with asynchronous/synchronous sampling depending on the processing
  • 24-bit data acquisition, high SNR data processing, with a high-resolution FFT up to 1600 lines every 1 s
  • Highly integrated module (with VSB300) includes sensor power supplies, buffered outputs, DC outputs, relays and Ethernet communications interfaces
